The CEO Challenge

We are looking for someone who can:

• Define and execute a 12–24 month strategy (brand, product, markets, P&L).

• Scale D2C e-commerce, marketplaces, and profitable growth (CAC/LTV, retention).

• Develop experiential retail (pop-ups, events, cultural activations).

• Build partnerships with festivals, DJs, and influencers.

• Lead investor relations, reporting, and governance.

Is the position on-site?Hybrid model based in Madrid.

Do I need English?Yes, English C1 (Portuguese is a plus). For CEO, Spanish C2 and English C1.
