If you have tried to search for us on Instagram in the last few days, you may have noticed that our profile is currently unavailable. We believe in total transparency with our community, so we want to let you know exactly what is happening.

Currently, our official account @nomadwavebrand is temporarily suspended due to an internal review process by the platform.

What are we doing about it?

First and foremost, we want to reassure you: NomadWave is 100% operational. This incident is strictly limited to our visibility on the social media app. Our online store is running smoothly, and orders are being shipped as usual.

Our team, led directly by our CEO, Alvaro Gimenez, is already in contact with Meta support to resolve this issue. We have submitted all necessary appeals to demonstrate that our account complies with all regulations, and we are confident this is an automated system error that will be resolved shortly.

Once our account is restored, we will proceed with Meta Verified registration to further protect our brand identity and ensure this does not happen again.
