Partner brands hold their own trademarks and have granted rights for the use of collaborations in the design and sale of products with our brand. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without express permission is strictly prohibited.

At NomadWave™, we ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Domestic (Spain & EU): 2–5 business days

• International: 5–12 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is free on all orders over a minimum purchase amount (check your region’s threshold at checkout). For exchanges or size changes, we cover the return shipping cost within the first 15 days after delivery.

Please make sure your address is correct before completing your order. NomadWave™ is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

You can track your order directly through your NomadWave user account.
We’ll also keep you updated with the shipping status via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, so you always know where your package is.
